1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Morocco Holiday Tours through our website https://moroccoholidaytours.com, email, phone, or any other communication channel.

By booking a tour or travel service with Morocco Holiday Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send you a written confirmation.

To complete your reservation, we may request:

  • Full names as written on passports
  • Passport details (if required)
  • Travel dates and itinerary confirmation
  • Contact information

Morocco Holiday Tours reserves the right to decline any booking request.


3. Deposit & Payment

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% – 40% of the total tour price is required unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Card (when available)
  • Cash payment upon arrival (for the remaining balance)

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that bank transfer or payment fees are the responsibility of the client.


4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be made in writing via email.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before the tour: Loss of deposit
  • 15 – 30 days before the tour: 50% of the total price
  • Less than 15 days before the tour: 100% of the tour price

Some services such as desert camps, hotels, or special activities may have stricter policies.


Cancellation by Morocco Holiday Tours

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour in the following situations:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, weather conditions, etc.)
  • Insufficient participants (for group tours)
  • Safety concerns

In such cases, clients will be offered:

  • An alternative tour, or
  • A refund of the amount paid (excluding non-recoverable expenses).

5. Changes to Itinerary

Morocco Holiday Tours may occasionally modify itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Local events
  • Operational reasons

We will always try to provide similar or better alternatives without affecting the quality of the tour.


6. Travel Insurance

All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical expenses
  • Personal injury
  • Trip cancellation
  • Loss of baggage or belongings

Morocco Holiday Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.


7. Passport, Visas & Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess:

  • Valid passport
  • Required visas
  • Any health or vaccination documents if necessary

Morocco Holiday Tours cannot be held responsible if you are refused entry into Morocco due to missing documentation.


8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Respect local laws and cultural customs
  • Follow safety instructions from guides and drivers
  • Respect other travelers and local communities

Morocco Holiday Tours reserves the right to terminate participation in a tour without refund if a traveler’s behavior is disruptive or unsafe.


9. Health & Fitness

Some tours may include activities such as:

  • Camel trekking
  • Desert excursions
  • Hiking
  • Long-distance travel

Clients should ensure they are physically able to participate in the selected activities.

Any medical conditions must be communicated to us before booking.


10. Liability

Morocco Holiday Tours acts as an organizer and intermediary between clients and local service providers such as:

  • Hotels
  • Transport companies
  • Desert camps
  • Guides

While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control including:

  • Accidents
  • Delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Loss of personal belongings

11. Complaints

If you experience any problem during your tour, please notify your guide or driver immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the problem is not resolved, please contact us in writing within 7 days after the tour.


12. Privacy

All personal information collected during the booking process is used only for the purpose of organizing your trip and will never be shared with third parties without consent.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Morocco Holiday Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
